Saunas are amazing for muscle recovery, so it’s the perfect antidote after a long run, big workout or a great way to round out your yoga or Pilates practice! Here’s all you need to know about our infrared sauna in our upstairs wellness space.

$20

Time per booking: 1 hour. This includes 15 minutes for the sauna to heat up and 45 minutes for you to enjoy the sauna.

Available for bookings every day from 8am-12pm.

The sauna can be used privately, OR you can bring a friend with you! Only one person needs to make the booking, meaning if you bring a friend along it halves the price per person!

Rules:

  • Please shower before using the sauna. You are welcome to use our showers for this.
  • Please wear bathers or light clothing you’re comfortable sweating in.
  • Only use the sauna for a maximum of 45 minutes to avoid putting too much strain on your body.
  • Drink a lot of water! You will sweat, replace those lost fluids with water/electrolytes.
  • Rinse off with a quick shower after you’re using the sauna.
