All classes are beginner friendly however if you wish to start at a slower pace we recommend our Urban Essentials or Urban Restore class.

Heated Classes

Hot Yoga

Our Hot Yoga class is a variation on the traditional 26 & 2 sequence. The room is heated between 38- 40°C via our Infrared Heat Panels. The class is a set sequence incorporating sun salutations, breathing exercises & static standing & balancing postures. The sequence explores back bending, twisting & balancing postures to build strength and increase flexibility. Expect to sweat and detox the body from the inside out. This class is open to all levels. BYO towel is essential.

Urban Flow

Urban OM’s heated vinyasa flow classes focus on connecting breath to movement. Sequences are creative and change every class. Expect a physically challenging class balanced with deeper relaxation postures toward the end. The room is heated 32°C to help deepen your practice. This class is open to all levels.

Non-Heated Classes

Urban Slow Flow

The Urban Slow Flow class is a non-heated slower paced vinyasa flow class. In our Slow Flow class you will generally hold postures for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The slower nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.

Urban Restore

Urban Om’s Restore class is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures held for longer periods of time—usually between three to five minutes or more. In yin yoga, postures are supported by props to allow a release of the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This class is more meditative and aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality

Core Pilates

Our Core Pilates classes are non-heated mat based classes. All movements are focussed on building core strength and in turn helping imporove spine strength and posture. This class in open to all levels
